Pre-Sliced Salami framani | Genoa (Sliced)

This is our version of the traditional American Genoa, with a few improvements. We use a coarser grind of 100% prime cut pork instead of the traditional beef/pork combo. It's seasoned with a blend of spices and a perfect note of nutmeg and sliced to the perfect thickness. It's like no other Genoa Salame out there.
